The conference host reserves event space, entertainment and catering services in advance of the STAFF Conference to ensure conference quality. In the event that you need to cancel your reservations, please provide a written request to the STAFF representative at the host school.
Refunds will be granted at 100% 30 days prior to the conference start. Refunds at 50% will be granted up to 15 days from the conference start. No refunds will be granted 14 or fewer days before the conference start.
The Information the Registration System Collects
The Registration System collects two kinds of information on this site: (1) registration information that is voluntarily supplied by visitors to this site who enroll in, or request information about, the programs offered through the central alumni office or certain professional schools, and (2) connection information that is automatically collected as visitors navigate through this site.
If you choose to register you will be required to provide certain contact information that we need to process your registration. This site automatically recognizes and records certain non-personal information, including the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com or udel.edu); the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and the operating system; the date and time you access this site; and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to this site. We may also use a cookie to place a session ID in your browser that we can retrieve later to verify your identity or retrieve your persistent information, such as the contents of a shopping cart.
How the Registration System Uses This Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We share your registration information with select staff members within the college, who will use it to manage registration and operations. We may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of the college, our users, or others.
How the Registration System Protects Your Information
The Registration System (both public front end and administrative back end) runs under SSL. The use of an SSL certificate causes all information transmitted between your browser and the Registration System to be encrypted in transit. Furthermore, all of the data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. As effective as encryption technology is, however, no security system is completely impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet. At no time does the Registration System collect or store credit card information of any kind.
